We used to have DB backup happening twice a day: 3AM and 3PM. The backup files were going in D:\micors\Database\data\Backup\Archive.
Somehow this process stopped and backups are not being performed as per schedule.
I van manually run file called "runbackup" from script folder and ti works and it creates a MBZ5g2 file,
Where can I check this schedule and fix this issue so it runs as per schedule?
thanks

It should be called in an autosequence in Micros. Find the ones that run at 3am.

Thanks Wildbar.
I found one in Autosequence in micros configurator scheduled to run at 3PM. But it does not seem to run,as I do not see any Mbz5g2 files in Archive folder. Second, I could not find one for 3AM.
Any ideas, please.
Thanks

Have you tried rebooting the computer since the issue started? That would be your first step.
Then look in autosequence schedules? Do you see the back up programs there at 3am and 3pm?
In the autosequence you found on of the steps should call the external program "Backup db" or something similar. (its calling that script you ran manually.
If need be you can create a new autosequnce calling that script (you will need some parameters) then attach it to the schedule of 3am and 3pm (or create a neew time. Usually you just need to run your back up after your day is complete...and just once. There may be reasons though you are doing mutiple.
