Micros 3700 Crystal Reports versions

It's been awhile since I had to face this...hoping for a reminder.

I need to setup a test system to modify some custom reports. I installed Crystal 9 Pro, and then re-installed RES plus patches, but I'm still unable to open POS Configurator due to a version mismatch:

POS Configurator requires Crystal Reports version 9.2.0.465. Version 9.2.2.634 is currently installed.

Is this a matter of replacing CRPE32.dll? I seem to remember just having to reinstall RES after installing Crystal, but that doesn't seem to have worked.

And another question: Anyone have a doc or pointers to which versions of Crystal are used with each RES version?

Replacing CRPE32.dll with the older version allows configurator to run and doesn't seem to affect Crystal 9 Pro as far as I can tell.

Still interested in some kind of Crystal version <--> RES version matrix...
