Hello :I just finished programing menu on the micros3700 and appreciate assistance ....we don't accept Discover card and how do I restrict it so it gives servers an error msg...

also how do you delete a credit card payment once authorize for exp if a visa is rung on a wrong card how do i delete to re rung the ck with another card...

I don't know how to restrict a card, I can help with the second part of the question.

Say you authorize visa A (ending in 1234) on check 2222, and then finalize the card. The check will close. If you meant to use visa b (ending in 9876) you'll have to re-open the check, and void the payment (touch the payment, then the void button on the check).

You don't have to (can't) void authorizations, but if you haven't finalized the check yet, you can just run another card on it and when you press finalize it will ask you which card you want to use.

great it works n thx ...

when closings a cc ck the server has to enter the entire amount and it warns you the tip amount, it there a option to enter the tip when closings the ck or you have to enter the total amount.

also at the bar the ck closed to cash gives a remark on what to return to guest the balance but it just flashes n dispersers can you customize so the change balances stays on the screen for a longer time.

You can disable Discover by deleting the Menu Level Class from it in the Tender/Media setup screen in the POS Configurator.
