MICROS 3700 Changing network node for a printer.

Hi all,

I am not too familiar with Micros 3700 so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

I am looking to move a workstation to another venue of ours however I am unable to do so as it is the network node for two of our printers. I would essentially be re-CALing the workstation to work in another venue with a new workstation identity and so the printers would stop working.

I have a workstation in mind to change the network node to, I was wondering how I would go about doing this. I tried to just change the network node under devices but that didn't seem to work.

Did you a Reload of the DB? Or restart the Server to create a new MDSHost.xml
