Micros 3700 Change price of item for single transaction

Hi,

We are rolling out an non integrated ordering system for a 3700 Em environment (deep sigh) i know... Any way, since the menu item prices are not being pulled from micros, in the early stages we are seeing pricing dependencies between what we are charging the customer online and what the corresponding total is when the employee punches the order into the POS and chooses the "online order" tender type. Is it possible to manually adjust the price of a single item or modifier while in a transaction so the totals can temporarily match until we can adjust in EM and push down the changes? I can think of several reasons i shouldn't do this but as a last ditch effort i would like to know if its possible. Alternatively was considering using a 2nd tender type as an over /short of sort to balance the 2 systems.
