MICROS 3700 Back Office Class

I have a MICROS 3700 POS user that does not have full access to everything in Back Office Classes. Unfortunately there appears to only be one back office class. No Property Expert class or anything. Does anyone know how to change it thru SQL and grant the existing class full access to everything?
