Micros 3700 Autosequence Printer

We had a printer on the network in office '1' that the auto-reports printed to every night. We moved that printer to office '2' and got a new printer for office '1'. The reports are still printing in office '2' instead of office '1'.

How do I change the autosequences and reports to print to the new printer in office '1'?

1. Make sure the new printer is installed on the PC and can send a windows test page.
2. Set that new printer as the default in windows.
3. In POSConfigurator->System Tab->Restaurant Button->Descriptions Tab->Fill the Default Printer Name Drop down in with your new printer.

This should correct the printing in 90+% situations. Since it is a "global" type of setting.

The exception being if you have individually directed each report to the original printer and cannot delete it in windows for some reason.

In that case you need to change the "override default printer" drop down in the individual autosequence steps for each report.
