When running autosequence and reports, the reports are showing a solid gray screen. This happens on 5.4. We have contacted micros support multiple times and have not had much success. They have tried reinstalling the Micros Remoting Service.. but nothing so far.
If we restart the Micros Remoting Service, we can immediately pull reports after. I hope someone on here has some advice. In the meantime we have created a batch file that does this so that the restaurants can run reports when they need to. The issue seems to happen after a Micros server reboot. The Remoting Service is started after the reboot, in case someone suggests to check that.
