Hi all,

i'm in front of micros 3700 v4.1.

The goal is to reduce the price of all menu items in a time period 12:00 and 13:00 of 20% only for one RVC.

I tested the following configuration:

- Auto menu level:

Happy Hour
RVC: Restaurant
Menu Level: 1
Sub Menu Level: 3
Period : 12:00 / 13:00

If not in that period the sub menu level is 2.

The must is that the submenu level should change automagically only on RVC Restaurant and not on RVC Bar.

Do you think this is the correct approach ?

Seems like it should work. What are the rest of the autolevels for that RVC?
Also, make sure that the menu item class for the happy hour items is set to use sublevels for pricing and that you have prices 1, 2 and 3 set.

There's an option to use the sub menu level for price level and I think it's in the menu item class. If that isn't turned on you have to use the main price level.

If you're still stuggling with it... let me know and i can probably dig around a little and get you the exact setting.

Or... if you're sick of messing with it entirely and want someone to connect in I can do that as well for a nominal fee.

There are two settings you'll need to set to use sublevels for pricing. Both are on the same form in the Configurator -
Sales tab | Menu Item Classes button | Price/Totals tab

You need to check the "Enable prices 2 through 10" and "Use sub menu level for prices" options.

Thanks all.

Sub-menulevels were enabled and i'm using them
