Micros 3700 Auto Menu Level Problem

I am having a problem with an automatic menu level on a Micros 3700 system. The menu sub level pricing works perfectly fine but only for the very first item entered on a check. Any menu items entered after the first item revert to the default level pricing. Any ideas to the cause or a solution to this problem?

Are your menu menu levels set to pop back up? Look at the bottom right of the menu level screen.
