Running Micros 3700 5.5 MR3 - have a location where Happy Hour is running beautifully using Main3-Sub1, M-F 3p-7p. Want to make it work on Sundays from 12p-2p, using same Happy Hour prices/levels Main3-Sub1, but when I test today (WED) another period keeps prevailing (Lunch 4a-4p) even though existing HH works fine with exact same settings if I change the times to test. Why does one Auto Menu level work fine but another with exact same settings does not?

Is there a Serving Period set to use Menu Levels?

The only Serving Period that is setup is an "ALL DAY SP" which our Micros tech setup when we installed. I haven't touched it since.

Ever though about switching your happy hour to using automatic discount?
Waaaaay easier to configure

Unfortunately the operations team wants specific prices during happy hour and not an $X off situation... believe me, I'd rather do it the auto-discount way.

I know you mentioned there are no serving periods, are your menu levels using any periods at all? Menu levels being tied to a lunch "time period" not serving period.

I've run into this issue before. Ensure that there are no other periods that overlap that are also tied to an auto menu level set up. If a period overlaps, that's fine, but if that period is also being used to change a menu level, you must set that period to end before your new period starts.
