We had a location server die. At that time we found out that the backup's were not being done for over 2 years. I started a new database for that location. In EM I unactivated the store and then reactivated the store so that I could get a starting packet. The problem that I have now is receiving from the store to EM. It did not reset the Packet numbers in EM. I have to do a force receive every morning for that store. Is their somewhere in EM to change it?
