Micros 3700 5.6 Autosequence Schedules exe crashes

Fresh install of 5.6 on windows server 2012R2. Opening autosequence scheduler crashes along with rotatelog.exe.
Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to solve this?

5.5 seems the last stable version across the board. Oracle typically wont patch above 5.5 currently unless a real need to. At least in my interactions with them. Have sites set for upgrade this fall and they will only go to 5.5
