Micros 3700 5.5 MR7

Site is running Res 5.5 MR7 on rp5800 with 4GB RAM. Never faced any issues with system response time but last few days system slowed down considerable. Upon checking the processes I find dbsrv16.exe using unusually high amount of memory (512MB) as against the normal (under 100MB).

How do we fix this, any help appreciated
