Micros 3.2 hotfix3 problem

We are getting ready to install EM for all of our locations (3) We are on RES 3.2 hotfix3 in two of the locations. In the 3rd it installed on the server just fine when I run NETSETUP I get
"INTERNAL ERROR 2731.0"
Anyone know what this is??

That error means that some service pack or hot fix has not completed fully use the repair feature and try it again... but make sure that you remove all micros from the registry and the directory structure from the workstations

The solution for this problem was that their was not enought room on the C: Drive. It looked like it installed fully but when I deleted some files on the C: drive it worked fine.
