microphone button intermittent activation

system is SX-2000 light release LW34 R2.0 on a superset 4025 with rev H.9

I have one extension , the microphone key comes on when certain line appearances are pushed and also sc buttons and system programmed buttons
this does not happen to all the buttons when pressed just a few of them


Have checked the class of service, checked loc fea ex , which show no active features, have tried a set clear feature, have manbusied out the set , have swapped sets and still have the same problems,

You do realise that the SX2000 was MD'd almost a decade ago right?

I would suspect a faulty phone but really, you should be moving on from that system.

Try reloading the dnic card the 4025 is on . You can also swap dnics to see if the trouble clears .

delete and recreate on another card if possible.
