Micron Netframe 4400R

I have two Micron Netframe 4400R servers and neither have the KVM adaptor which would allow me to attach a keyboard, mouse and monitor. Does anyone know where I can obtain one of these adaptors? Does anyone know how I can control this device without one of these?

I have called Micron, now buympc and they weren't much help.
