Hi guys,
I am having an issue with one of our Microcall servers.
When double-clicking on the application, nothing will come up (no GUI), and no error message is displayed. Therefore the data is not populating in the DB files.
I have heard from fellow techs that had come accross similar issues that the fix was very simple and it involved clearing the content of a file within the \microcall\ folder on that server. Unfortunately for us we don't have maintenance with Microcall anymore so they won't help us.
This is Microcall version 2.93 running on a Windows NT server.
If anyone knows the file name in question to empty or the actual procedure I would appreciate if you could share this with me.
