Micro mainframe transmission issues using Attachmate myExtra

Hi pals!

I have been using the myExtra 3270 emulator to transmit data from an IBM maniframe to a notebook.
It happens that, suddenly, transmissions occur without converting the mainframe's EBCDIC characters to the respective ASCII characters.

I don't know what changed. I'm doing what I've been doing since October/2023.
