Hi all,

Microsoft Access Has Encountered A Problem And Needs to close

I have an application that has been working find on about 30 machines for 2 years now. But for some reason, on machines that are exactly the same as the working ones i am getting the above message, and then access shuts down.

Error Signiture: (access 2002 SP3)

AppName: msAccess.exe
AppVer: 10.0.6501.0
ModName: vbe6.dll
ModVer: 6.4.99.69
offset: 001c0a4

And

Error Signiture: (access 2003)

AppName: msAccess.exe
AppVer: 11.0.5614.0

I reall need to find a solution to this, but have no idea where to start. I have looked at vbe6.ddl and cant seem to find very much on how to fix it.

You must be having a particular instance when the error pops up. You must be either attempting to open a report, form or something like it.. If you find out that then may be easier to find the reason.
