Micollab Wizard reconcile failure

Hello everyone,

We have an MCD 3300 Version 9.0 SP3. Also we have Micollab Version 9.1.0.15.
So we added Micollab onto Network Elements of the MCD and vice versa.Also we have added the MCD onto PBX node at Micollab client services and we have also synced MCD to the PBX node.
We did a data share between MCD and Micollab and there were a few mismatches. MCD suggested we do a reconcile wizard on Micollab.
We did but we get an error saying "Exception in normalizing GUIDs. Error: {'matched': 'dc=company domain,dc=gr', 'desc': 'No such object'}".
We also tried to do a sync and then do a Reconcile Wizard but same thing happens. MCD shows that it syncs with Micollab but Micollab does not get any users or data stored.


Any Ideas?

Did you check your username on MiVB for "Application" privilige?

If you mean in the User Authorization profiles then Yes. But I don't see how this could be the problem here.
