MiCollab with LDAP windows server 2016

I try to connect LDAP with MiCollab without success. The server is a Windows 2016. MiCollab Doc said that it is support for Windows 2012.

As anyone connect a MiCollab with a LDAP server on Windows 2016?

I've not personally done this as we have Skype for business, but I did look into Micollab with the view of setting up LDAP. Could you explain what you've done so far. The steps you have taken to configure LDAP.
