MiCollab Voice Mail System Retrieve Messages

Looking for help, we use to have a Reparatee System and I was able to retrieve voice mail messages when requested by our security department (University). I would receive these request if a student left a threatening message to a Professor or other student. Security would request a file of the recording. We now how a new MiCollab system and I have been asked to retrieve a message but I have no idea how or if this system stores the files.

Any help would be appreciated.
