MiCollab Users and services hangs

Hi All,

Since yesterday why I try to open users and services on MiCollab, it hangs or I get a proxy error, Nu Point and MBG work fine, any suggestions besides rebooting?

My error is similar to

I wonder what this command does

signal-event app-post-install

, is it safe to run during production hours?

yep that command can be run whenever you want
then wait 3 minutes and try again

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
