MiCollab Softphone via Web Browser

I have the nextgen client version 9.2 working locally and via the internet. the mobile phone client also works fine. but when i go to and log in, the slider for the softphone doesnt respond to anything.

webrtc is enabled.

i also tried to log into the webrtc page and the softphone fails to register there as well.
 
I woudlnt waste your time , its pretty ordinary - cant hold and can only blind transfer

When you say web rtc is enabled - what on ?
is micollab direct internet connected ( server gateway) or using external MBG
what settings are in place on web rtc config page

where is the client when you are trying , internal network or external as TW
do you have correct ports open on firewall if external


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
