Setup : MiVoice Business 8.0 + MiCollab 8.0 + MiVoice Border Gateway 10 each on separate servers.
WAN static IP of MiVBG is on the firewall with 1:1 NAT, MiVBG is server only, not gateway (no WAN interface).
MiVoice 6930 IP phone on LAN behind the same firewall as MiVB, MiVBG and MiCollab.
MiCollab Mobile Client softphone on LTE not WiFi.
What works : softphone calling 6930. MiCollab client itself (chat, presence, etc.)
What doesn't work : 6930 calling softphone. The call hangs up right away and MiVBG rejects the call with SIP 401 Unauthorized.
If the softphone is used on LAN (no Teleworker mode) it works fine both ways. I can't seem to find why in that specific scenario only the call is rejected. Anybody have seen this behaviour before? Usually I use MiVBG as gateway but it's not possible for this customer right now.
