Just putting this out there to see how wide spread this problem is so far after 2 weeks i`m drawing a blank with Mitel support, all of my ex colleagues have customers who have this issue.
Ive replicated this in house...
Scenario goes like this..
Perfectly working softphone on Micollab 8.1 or newer
Admin changed a parameter in users and services under this users phones tab ie. COS or COR and saves
Micollab client now gets registration Failed
Fix:
change the sip password in Micollab users and services,save then change the sip password in MiVB ESM
Anyone else seeing this out there ?
If its not broke tweak it..
