Micollab Softphone on mobile

Hey,

We have setup Micollab softphone to mobile.
When we use Wi-Fi it works good, but if we use 4G/LTE and it looks fine, but when we call and the person on the other end accepts the call, on mobile it keeps calling like in dial-mode.
What could be the error here?

is it iphone ?
could be conencting as IPV6 there were issues with that on IOS
could also be carrier restricting SIp traffic

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

It is both on iPhone and Android.
