I'm 99% sure that the issues I have with 1 user on a PC Softphone are due to McAfee Anti-virus

I believe I've read in some Mitel documentation somewhere about trust settings for Anti-Virus and Micollab

For the life of me, I can't find ANY documentation on this to provide to my customer.

The issue gets complicated in that the user is on a personal PC and changing settings is problematic.

I was hoping just to find a document related to Anti-Virus that I could provide to the customer IT support and leave it at that.

Does anyone know where I might find such a thing.

Hi kwbMitel
I face the same before
you need to alow the micollab in win firewall as below

Right-click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel.
Click Windows Firewall.
Click Advanced Settings.
Click Inbound Rules, then New Rule.
Select Program from the Rule Type window, then click Next. Note: This includes SQLbrowser.exe.
Click Browse below This program path to select the program executable file, then click Next.
Ensure Allow the connection is selected, then click Next.
Select When to apply the rule (Domain, Private, or Public), then click Next.
Enter a Name and optional Description, then click Finish.

and some AV also controls the app you need to allow the app in it.

Just try to test Micollab on a PC without AV.
I hope this can help :)
