Hi - We have some agents home working and they have an annoying issue where when they place a call on hold the agent gets hold beeping in their headset. Is there anyway to get rid of this from the agents side. The customer gets hold music which is great but sometimes the agent needs to place someone on hold and jump on to teams for example to a supervisor and when they are on the teams call they get the beeping. This is the same if the use the Micollab softphone for PC Client or do it via their Web Ignite session
