Micollab Softphone ==> Iphone 6s / Ipad Air

Hello everyone,

i've got a little problem with my Micollab Softphone !
In fact,when i'm on an Iphone 6s or an Ipad Air, the softphone don't want to register.
It's Ok with Iphone 4 / 5c, Ipad mini 3 and Android devices...

The server is a Mivoice Business Express 7.1.0.55

Does anyone have an idea ?

Are you using 4G network and New MiCollab mobile? if yes, try to change 4G setting to "Data Only"

I imagine you have downloaded the rel 7 app on the later devices and the older app on the old ones. The new App's require an authentication code to be send from the MiCollab server, this is done through the MiCollab Client Deployment Blade. You might need to upgrade MiVBE if you cannot see that blade. You also need to have 3rd party signed certificates on the servers now to allow mobile devices to connect - new security measure.
