Hi
I have MiCollab 7 in server/gateway and MVD version 7. systems are not in SPP or flow through. I SIP softphone works fine on PC. added my DN to the MBG devices as a SIP with mac a1:21:00:00:81:88 as 8188 is my softphone extension. I have minet phones working. when I try and add teleworker service to an account and select existing teleworker the 8188 isn't seen.

Any help please. the manual just says select teleworker tab.

What License is applied to the account. If you are using ucc licensing and you do not have the correct one selected it may not show. Also have you added the phone to that account?

What is assigned to the WAN port of the Micollab server ?
when in server gateway it must be a public IP address ( not an internal address with a public one natted to it)
what are you using for the sip client ? , you dont need a mac address for sip devices ?

can you provide more details on how the extensions are configured , are they UCC ( mdu) or alacarte.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks for replying
I don't have UCC licenses as the UCC bundle drop box is blank-I have individual licenses. I have two licenses which have every feature. I have created a new feature and ticked all boxes and then allocated this feature set to my user. as I said the softphone works on PC. I have deployed my MBG in the MiCollab Client deployment section and it has been verified.

my softphone is a UC Endpoint and the deployment profile is the one I created earlier. when I add a teleworker phone and then try and enabled it it say "Update User Error. The Teleworker service is not in the Teleworker database "
even though I have added it manual as a SIP device.
I am checking my settings again.

This was fixed with re-issuing the web certificate with a correct server name.
