MiCollab Reconcile Database GUID normalization failed

Just upgraded a site form MiVb 7.1 to 8.0SP! And MiCollab 6.x to 7.3 trying to get FTP working but keep getting the following when trying to do the reconcile wizard "Database GUID normalization failed."

Anyone else seen this i have already checked all the form sharing scopes, there is no sds errors in the initial sync, the reconcile logs have no unresolvable errors I’m stuck

Didn't you need to sync from the Mivb first to the MiCollab???
