MiCollab not syncing with Controller

Hi All,

having an issue with syncing and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I have a Micollab running ver 7.3.0.204 and a controller on ver 8.0 SP1.

When I try and create a user through IDS on the MiCollab, it creates the user on the controller but not on the MiCollab. instead it gives me the error "Failed to sync data change from MiCollab to MiVoice Business"

I have checked network elements and can see that all systems are still sharing. I can run a sync from the network elements form with the MiCollab and it merges without any errors.

Is there anything else I should be checking? I can see the correct IP address listed as well.

Any help appreciated.

it appears to only be happening for one extension - x1836

the same user can be created with a different number. Any reason why this might be the case?

searching the number on MiCollab doesn't appear to come up with anything.

search for the number on the MiVb and remove it

run gdm repair on the Mivb

run full sync between mivb and any other Mivb elements (if there are multiple Mivb)
then run sync between mivb and micollab

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
I would try adding a dummy user using add or quick add and this extension. It could have some unattached teleworker or mailbox blocking the MiCollab
