This site has been using the MiCollab mobile client for several months without any issues.
I upgraded the PBX and MiCollab servers to the latest version on the 5th. Ever since, the users can only retrieve their messages by calling into voicemail.
I've got a ticket open with Mitel support already and Tier1 guys seem stumped at this. He's referring this to Tier 3 on both the NuPoint and MiColab teams.
I figured that while I'm waiting to see the response from them, I'd ask here to see if anyone has had this issue... if so, what was the solution?
