MiCollab Mobile Client not working on any device when Status set to softphone only

We have a client that when they set the MiCollab Mobile to Softphone only, the call appears to be rejected.

If you set to Softphone and Deskphone, both ring ok. Same for Softphone and Mobile. It is only an issue when you select Softphone only from your Ring Group.

Status is updating fine on MCD, it is the only device available etc.

All the latest versions on MCD, MiCollab and MBG.

On the inbound ISDN Call we see a call rejection CRM/CIM 7. We see the call try and establish on the firewall, i.e. we see traffic outbound to the device.

Tried on multiple devices and different users and the same.

Any thoughts?

Something to try on the MBG for the device is enable or disable PRACK.

Try both.
 
what kind of device is it running on ?

if its IOS heck teh MBG and see if its showing with an IPV6 address
if it is it wont work properly

theres a KMS article about creating a new profile based on the ipv4 PUB IP of the mbg rather than the name
setting the IOS users to connect via the IPV$ address allows it to work

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
