MiCollab/MBG/MSL Log Files

I was wondering if anyone had a breakdown of what the log files within the MiCollab/MBG/MSL's can show us? I use a couple of them regularly like tug_logs and qmail but there are so many more and description of each or at least the most important one could be beneficial.
