MiCollab IDS sync - thumbnailPhoto not syncing

Hi,

We have recently activated the Integrated Directory Service synchronization in MiCollab. Our main goal is to sync AD profile pictures to MiCollab Client and consequently to 69XX IP Phone series. All went fine as expected except the profile pictures. They're not imported into MiCollab at all.

Does anyone have tried this before?

what version micollab , what do you have set in the attributes for it

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

It's MiCollab 8.0.0.301.
The attribute is the default : thumbnailPhoto. It's the same in our AD. The picture is stored in hex format.
