I am using Mitel Mivoice business Bundle express.
There is only one feature I can not do through client software. "ACD Silient Monitor"
I can not listen to the client software when I am talking to the customer representative.
But I can listen to the agent using this feature in the web browser.
Is there a way I can use this feature from the client software?
