Micollab error

Hi,
I have an issue with Mitel 3300 8.0 integrated with Micollab 8.0, Synchronization from 3300 shows successful but in Micollab i get an error.
Failed to synchronize foreign DEIs: Failed to sync foreign DEIs[332,165,166,261,295,296,236235,113,170,228,270,298,171,217]:sync partially succeeded-one more DEIs are not completely synchronized.

I have seen that one too.
I could not get this one fixed while everything seems to be ok.
I am curious what to do to fix this.

Check your "User and Device Attributes" Form on the controller and identify one Device ID from the "failed" list, and one that isn't on the "failed" list.
Then export your "User and Services Configuration" form, filter it down to just those two devices and compare them cell by cell to see what the differences are.
