Failed to validate deployment profiles

For Future Reference: Bottom Line - Reboot Solved it.
No Changes to the MiCollab Server or MiVB but when trying to create a new user using BUP import spreadsheet (with just the one entry) it returns the error Failed to validate deployment profiles.
Checked all Diagnostics (got a triple tick) checked the connectivity between MiVB and MiCollab and authentication - OK (Changes on MiVB came through to the MiCollab OK)
External IP and FQDN both OK. No Event Viewer error logs. Users and Services did not popluate the specifics of an Extn when chosen to view - this normally is solved by a reboot.
Hence - rebooted and this cleared the original issue.
The MiCollab took a good 20 minutes to go down and come back up so that Softphones connected OK

if USP was blank - not showing detail then entering this on console

signal-event app-post-install

and waiting 3 minutes might have done the trick

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I would also check for expirations in web services and mbg in deployment
