can it register ?
can it make calls
can it recieve calls
can it put calls on hold and retireve them

MiCollab Client desk phones and softphones can have different Classes of Service (COS) as long as the COS options below are properly set.
Configure the following fields and options on the Class of Service Options form:
• Group Presence Control: Set to Yes
• Group Presence Third Party Control: Set to Yes
• HCI/CTI Call Control Allowed: Set to Yes
• HCI/CTI Monitor Allowed: Set to Yes
• Display Caller ID on multicall/keylines: Set to Yes
• Voice Mail Softkey Allowed: Set to No ( see below)
If set to Yes, users will not be able to hang up from their voice mailbox when using MiCollab Client.
