I am having one way audio issue when I use the softphone through the vpn.
I checked the Firewall, I saw no rtp flow problem.

any idea ?

Between softphone and what ?
what version of software
what kind of trunks
what kind of headset
what kind of vpn
does it work onsite (not via vpn)

has vpn subnet been added to local networks of all msl servers

issue will most likely be routing or ports( firewall)

all mitel devices including softphones will stream the voice(RTP) peer-peer .
so if your referring to a SIP trunk call it will stream from the client to the internal address of the sip proxy ( if there is one) or directly to the sip server address if there is no proxy

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Agree with @Billz66

One thing to check also is SIP ALG on your VPN network.
If this is enabled, disable it.

Mivb V8
Micollab server+client V8
Sip trunk
onsite = yes it works
Vpn subnet : used only to access the micollab web interface, so no need to add the vpn subnet
no sip proxy

with Vpn , when i call from softphone to my mobile = i'm able to hear the mobile.

so no sip proxy means that the audio from teh softphone via the vpn needs to route to the sip trunk provider ( and vice versa)

would probably be more likely to work with a sip proxy in place

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

if we don't want to use sip proxy , any other solution ?

Could be a setting in sip peer profile of trunks.
Does calling an internal extension work ok?
If it does then you need sip tcpdump from MiVB, pcap from firewall and pcap from sip vendor and a test call. and a feedback/diagnostics file from micollab
