Micollab client softphone "no active device"

Just installed Mas with Micolab client. I have some softphone licences but they cannot make calls. They do not have an "active device" showing on the client softphone.
I have set them up as "app server ports" on the MCD.
The soft phone logs in o.k.
what am i missing please.
 
All sorted, rebooted server and the softphones started working.
 
Instructions for MiCollab 6.0.205.0
In Server Manager:
Click Micollab client Service
Click Configure Micollab Client Services
Click the Features tab.
Assign a softphone license to the applicable Role.
Back to main, click Users and Services. Assign Role to Users.
