What form is adding digits (81) to calls made from a Micollab Softphone? It's not ARS Digit Mod. and It must be happening before it hits ARS digits Dialed.
If I dial from a Mitel phone I would dial 81AAAOOOXXXX
When I dial the same string from a Micollab Client softphone the system sends 8181AAAOOOXXXX and of course the call fails
From the softphone I can dial 10 digits but somewhere in the system it adds the 81 (and successfully makes the call 81AAAOOOXXXX out the PRI)

If you look under MiCollab Client Service, Configure then PBX nodes. Then look at the PBX's. Any number longer than 'extension length' gets the 'dialling prefix' added.

you can force micollab to dial what is entered by prefixing with -

so if pbx setting is set to 6
normally if you enter 000 in client , it would NOT add the access code
enter -0000 and it will send that to the pabx to be dialled

also handy if you want to dial feature codes from client ( make busy for example)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
