I have recently upgraded a site to MiVB 9.x and their MiCollab Server to release 9.2.
As having the PBX's at 9.x, I'm trying to enable UTF-8 in the MiCollab Client Service. This is grayed out.
Within the Configure MiCollab Client Service, one of the PBX's under PBX Nodes, Version shows Unknown.
I have seen this at 2 other sites and had to get Mitel design engineers to correct. Neither ticket shows info as to what they did to correct it.
I'm facing another site with the same issue. I upgraded their PBX's and MiCollab server to the latest available. UTF-8 can't be enabled and the PBX version shows unknown.
I've opened a ticket with support. He's scheduled a callback for tomorrow at 9am. He also told me that this issue has been resolved in the next version 9.3 and is expected for release in the next 30-45 days.
I've looked at all the other MiCollab servers that we have with multiple PBX controllers - I show 5 other MiCollab servers with this exact same issue.
Anyhow, does anyone here know what the resolution is on this issue?
