Hi All,

We have a customer site that are using AD authentication when logging into MiCollab Client but currently any AD user is not able to log in. the get the error - “The login ID or password you provided is incorrect.”

Users that are not AD integrated, which is only their ACD users at the moment, still have no issue logging in.

Are there any setting I should check to make sure that AD authentication is still enabled? and where to look for these settings?

Thanks in advance.

is certificate valid for Micollab server
if using lets encrypt you may have to restart the micollab blade if its an older version
IDS connector

is AD account used for IDS connector still valid - perhaps password has expired

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks for the advise on where to look, just had notification from the customer and appears they made an OU change to the AD last week which had caused the issue. This has now been resolved.

Cheers,
