Hi all.
I have a micollab installed on the LAN and a separate MBG on the network edge.
When internal micollab client for mobile calls another or a deskphone it continues playing the ringing tone on the calling side after the called party has picked up the call and there will be no audio. Also when internal micollab mobile can make external calls quite fine.
When connected externally micollab mobile can call deskphones fine and vice versa.
I am at loss on what to investigate internally.
Please assist.

When the call is answered, the devices try to connect peer to peer.

When this occurs internally, My bet is the network for the DeskPhone and the Wifi for the MiCollab can't actually talk to one another. Test your network routing.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Please note a call from micollab desktop (PC on the wifi network same as client for mobile) to deskphone is fine.

I have isolated the network by connecting mivoice business controller micollab server, mbg server, wifi access point and a deskphone on a single switch separated from the rest of the LAN and the issue persisted.
I have further noticed that "when micollab client for mobile calls another or a deskphone it continues playing the ringing tone on the calling side after the called party has picked up the call and there will be no audio" then the deskphone hangs up the call at which point micollab mobile also hangs up.
What could be wrong? What is the signalling call flow between micollab client and deskphone?
