Hi all.

How do you rerun the MCIW for the second time?

Thank you.

Why? I think you would have to turn off the integration from command line via putty. I don't know the command but have seen tech support do it. It might show back up as an option if done. Never tried it.

Controller deleted from Network Elements on Micollab server. When manually added back auto configuration of MIVB with users from Micollab side doesn't happen (Flow Through Provisioning not working).
I am also willing to factory reset Micollab server if there is a way to do that.
So I need a way to re-run MICW or to Factory Default. Please assist with how to do either or both.

to completely clear all micollab data - use ssh - login as admin
select restore from backup - this will clear all data - do areset and allow you to start again

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thank you Sarond.
@ Billz66 how do you restore from a backup if you don't have any ( meaning I don't want to use my current backup)?

i dont hve access to a serer at the moment but from memory it goes like this

login as admin - go to restore menu
select it - console will warn that all data will be lost and will prompt for a reboot

after reboot it comes up to the do you want to restore from backup - just choose no and you have a blank Micollab server

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks the restore from no backup helped.
