MiCollab Client - Caller ID incoming calls (External)

Hi,

MiVB 9.1 and MiCollab 9.1

When MiCollab Clients receive an incomming call that has been answered and transfered from NuPoint A/A, we see the NuPoint D/N not the callers CLI.

So does Call History in the MiCollab Client. However, the Mitel IP Phone does show the correct callers caller ID.

Any Idea how I can change this so Call History and Incomming calls show callers CLI?

Trunks are SIP.

Check CoS of the NuPoint ports and try -
Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number - YES
Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only - YES
